Expedite Moving is seeking a reliable and motivated Driver / Foreman to lead our moving crews and provide outstanding customer service. As the Driver / Foreman, you will be responsible for safely operating our moving trucks, supervising crew members, and ensuring each move is completed efficiently, professionally, and to the customer’s satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26 ft. box truck or larger to transport household and office goods

• Lead, train, and supervise a crew of movers during packing, loading, transport, and unloading

• Ensure proper handling of furniture, appliances, and fragile items to prevent damage

• Communicate effectively with customers to review move details, address concerns, and provide updates

• Complete paperwork and collect payments as required

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized truck and job site

• Follow all DOT, safety, and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience driving a 26 ft. box truck (or larger)
  
  
• Valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least 2 years
  
  
• Clean driving record

• Prior moving industry experience strongly preferred

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in a physically demanding environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
