Salary: $26 - $26 per hour A bit about us: My client is a leading manufacturing company and is growing! They are looking to add a Quality Inspector to their team who can focus on leading their Material Review Board and perform quality inspections. Why join us? Hourly rate $26/hr Job Details Responsibilities:
- Manage discrepant material throughout the Material Review Board (MRB) process, including receiving, organizing, documenting, and distributing materials and inspection reports.
- Perform mechanical inspections to verify that parts meet drawing and specification requirements.
- Maintain accurate logs, records, and filing systems for inspection and MRB activities.
- Scrap non-conforming parts when required and ensure proper documentation.
- Generate and maintain monthly scrap reports.
- Issue and track internal corrective actions related to quality issues.
- Monitor vendor deviation requests and maintain related documentation.
- Support quality engineering activities by maintaining MRB documentation and ensuring all related actions are properly recorded and followed up.
