District Sales Manager
You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability.
In this role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to hire, train and develop, as well as coach to success the sales team in their district to successfully promote product targeted physicians. You will:
- Manage and evaluate field performance on an ongoing basis
- Conduct annual performance appraisals
- Executive business plans aligned with program goals
- Ensure administrative project actives are accurate, timely, and compliant
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ Years Consumer Health / Pharmaceutical industry experience
- 2+ Years of Management experience, training or participation in management development program
- Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise specified
- Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
Desired Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills, especially in project planning, project implementation, and change management
- Ability to multi-task and maintain prioritization of key projects and deadlines
- Ability to meet travel demands
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $140,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
