Eosso Brothers Paving, part of Pave America , is a leading provider of asphalt and concrete solutions including maintenance, repair, new paving, milling, sealcoating and line striping services. With over 2500 employees, Pave America currently serves a diversified customer base across 35 locations in the US., serving all 50 states, including HOA properties, regional retailers, commercial and industrial customers, and municipalities.

We are seeking to expand our asphalt crews as our company grows. If you have a passion for precision, attention to detail, and expertise in paving, we want to hear from you!

• Prior experience in asphalt shoveling required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of road and traffic regulations
• Comfortable with physical labor and standing for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and push and/or pull 50-pound loads at a time.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction.

• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Drivers License preferred.

• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
• Must be willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area.
