• Payrate: $21.00/Hour
• Raise Review : 2 in the first 6 months, for a raise up to $24.00/Hour
• Annual Bonus & Increase program, each year
• Shift : 1st Shift (Mon-Fri & Sunday)

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Sit Down Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will posses extensive forklift experience on Sit-Down Forklifts, and have complimentary experience in Put-Away & Picking departments.

Duties

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts & Pallet Jacks, including: Counterbalance, Hi-Lo, and Ride-Along Electric-Pallet Jacks
• Loading & Unloading shipments accurately using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklift trucks.
• Transporting Inbound Pallets from Receiving to Storage and placing Pallets in designated racks/locations.
• Pulling Pallets or Cases for Outbound Orders
• Staging Picked Pallets in Shipping or Outbound Lanes
• Replenishing Pick locations from Reserve Storage
• Lifting Boxes weighing 50-75 Lbs., indivudally
• Counting Picked & Staged Pallets
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following OSHA guidelines for safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience Operating Sit-Down Counterbalance, Hi-Lo's, & Electric Pallet Jacks.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF & Handheld Scanners, and order picker operations.
• Experienced in Order Picking & Put-Away Departments
• ACTIVELY Forklift Certified
• Basic Math Skills for inventory counts, measurements, and order accuracy.
• Bilingual Fluency in English & Spanish
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors in a fast-paced environment
