AP Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our clients Finance division. This is a temporary assignment expected to last through May, with the possibility of being extended through August based on business needs.

This role offers a highly flexible schedule, typically operating on a 4.5-day work week (9-hour days Monday–Thursday and a half-day on Friday). While the team is primarily remote, you will work in-office in Burlington, NJ once a week on Thursdays (with occasional Wednesdays required).

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounts payable functions, including manual 3-way matching of invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Manage a weekly volume of roughly 275 invoices.
• Research and resolve vendor disputes, statement discrepancies, and aged invoices.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Assist with monthly reporting and ensure all processes remain compliant with company audit standards.
