Emergency Room Registered Nurse
Location: Camden, NJ
Job Type: Contract, 36 hours/weekly, 7pm – 730am, Weekends only Friday to Sunday

Position Overview:
Prosperity is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department in Camden, NJ. The ideal candidate thrives in critical situations, demonstrates strong clinical judgment, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a Level I Trauma setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide rapid assessment, triage, and treatment of patients with a wide range of emergent conditions
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ER environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Respond effectively to trauma, cardiac, and other critical emergencies
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established protocols
• Accurately document patient care, treatments, and progress
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of Emergency Room RN experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a Level I Trauma center
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification
• Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Certification
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) Certification required
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
