Food Production/Packaging Associate
- Production Line Support: Assist in general machine operation by loading materials and organizing products as they move through the processing phase.
- Packaging & Labeling: Operate vacuum-sealing equipment and heat-shrink machinery. Ensure all finished goods are weighed, labeled accurately, and packed into correct containers for retail or wholesale distribution.
- Material Handling: Move heavy racks, carts, and pallets of product between production areas, curing rooms, and the loading dock using pallet jacks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and box specific items for daily deliveries, ensuring accuracy for high-end wholesale clients and retail customers.
- Facility Sanitation: Maintain a sterile work environment by performing daily wash-downs of machinery, crates, and floors according to USDA food safety regulations.
- Environmental Adaptability: Capacity to work an entire shift in a cold, refrigerated warehouse setting.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and lift or move items weighing up to 60 lbs on a frequent basis.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in labeling and weighing products to meet quality control standards.
- Consistency: A reliable approach to repetitive tasks and a commitment to punctuality to meet production deadlines.

- Production Support: Assist on the production line by feeding raw materials into machinery and hanging or organizing products as they are processed.
- Packaging: Operate vacuum sealers and heat-shrink machinery. Accurately label, weigh, and pack finished goods into retail or wholesale containers.
- Warehouse & Loading: Move heavy product racks and pallets between production, curing rooms, and the loading dock using pallet jacks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and box orders for delivery to chefs and retail partners.
- Sanitation: Perform daily "wash-down" of the facility, including cleaning machinery, floors, and crates to maintain strict USDA food safety standards.
- Environment: Ability to work a full shift in a refrigerated environment (approx. 35°F–45°F).
- Physical: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 60 lbs repeatedly.
- Pace: Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks quickly and accurately.
- Reliability: Good work ethic and punctuality are essential for production schedule.
