What a typical day looks like

• Dispatch from home in your assigned truck (gas card included) and head to residential service and repair calls.
• Use modern diagnostic tools and mobile apps to troubleshoot concerns—from stubborn clogs to complex system failures.
• Present multiple solution paths, keep customers informed at each step, and help them choose the best quality and value.
• Prevent callbacks by spotting small issues before they become big problems.
• Track your service metrics and take ownership of revenue goals.
• Wrap up with another satisfied customer and a metaphorical thumbs up.

Compensation & benefits

• Hourly: at least $25 - $50 an hour, based on experience.
• High performers earn a sales bonus, bringing total compensation between $90,000 and $160,000.

What you’ll bring

• Strong residential plumbing expertise and proficiency in plumbing.
• Relevant state licenses/certifications.
• Thorough understanding of safety practices and local plumbing codes.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Fluency in English.
• Hands-on, tech-friendly mindset—no shortcuts, even when no one’s watching.
• People skills that put customers at ease—you’re someone they’d trust in their mother’s home.
• Physical stamina to handle demanding, manual work.

Physical demands & working conditions

Expect a mix of activities such as standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, climbing ladders, reaching overhead and into tight spaces (including crawl spaces with hot/cold conditions), and using hand tools/controls. You should be comfortable lifting 50+ pounds and working outdoors across seasons. Close vision and the ability to adjust focus are important, as are clear hearing and communication.
