Automotive Upfit General Manager -New Jersey
- Competitive base salary $100,000 to $150,000 per year, plus Bonus

- Demonstrate superior leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hire, train, and supervise team leaders and technicians
- Establish goals and performance standards for each department
- Maintain strong communication with team members to support profitability and customer satisfaction
- Manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and allocate resources effectively
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy
- Implement cost-control strategies to improve profitability
- Drive revenue growth through sales targets, pricing strategies, and market analysis
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Evaluate and approve investments in projects, equipment, and assets
- Oversee daily operations, including financial performance and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with sales teams to minimize cycle time and improve profitability
- Review sales orders for accuracy and alignment with customer needs
- Represent the company at trade shows and customer meetings to drive business growth
- Address customer concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partner agencies
- Develop and execute action plans for law enforcement and emergency service contracts
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field ( preferred )
- Minimum of five (5) years of management experience; industry-specific or automotive experience preferred
- Strong leadership ability with a track record of building and motivating teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align decisions with company vision
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing operations and improving efficiency
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
