Radiologist / Breast / Hybrid Schedule / Flex Scheduling
Immediate need for a BE/BC Breast Radiologist to join a well-established and growing group based in Englewood, NJ. This is a hospital employed position offering Flex Scheduling with some hybrid options available . Position is Full Time / Benefited
Job Essentials:
- Perform and interpret breast imaging procedures
- Communicate findings to referring physicians and patients
- Participate in biopsy procedures and image-guided interventions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of breast imaging technologies and protocols
- Ensure compliance with MQSA (Mammography Quality Standards Act) and ACR (American College of Radiology) standards
Education Requirements:
- Medical Degree: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
- Residency: Completion of a radiology residency program
- Fellowship: Subspecialty fellowship in breast imaging or women’s imaging
License/Certification/Registry :
- State Medical License: Must hold a valid and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment
- Board Certification: Certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) in Diagnostic Radiology
- MQSA Compliance: Must meet Mammography Quality Standards Act requirements, including:
- Certification by ARRT or equivalent
- 40 hours of documented mammography training (including breast anatomy, positioning, and pathology)
- ARRT Mammography Credential (optional but preferred): Demonstrates advanced competency in mammography procedures
Minimum compensation : $300,000.00 annually
