Outdoor Digs is looking for a dedicated and motivated Fertilization & Plant Health Technician to join our high-performing team. If you take pride in green lawns and healthy landscapes, this is the job for you!

What You’ll Do:
✅ Apply fertilizers and pest management solutions to lawns, trees, and shrubs using mechanical, spray, and injection tools
✅ Diagnose plant health issues and recommend solutions
✅ Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly
✅ Operate and calibrate fertilization equipment efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong plant ID and pest/fungal recognition skills
✔ Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
✔ Valid Driver’s License + DOT physical exam
✔ Preferred: Commercial Applicator License 3B + Fertilizer Applicator License (PROFACT)
✔ Preferred: Commercial Applicator License 3A, Certified Arborist, CDL
