After Sales Parts Associate

Customer Support
- Answer calls/emails from customers needing replacement parts
- Resolve order discrepancies (wrong part shipped, etc)
- Look up parts using catalogs, diagrams, or SAP (part # given)
- Recommend compatible or upgraded parts (when already identified)
Sales & Quoting
- Prepare parts price quotes
- Follow up on open quotes
- Maintain relationships with repeat industrial customers
- SAP parts entry
Order Processing
- Enter orders into SAP
- Track shipments and delivery timelines (update Customer on order status)
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
- Handle returns
- Handle Ship Complete processes
Technical Responsibilities
- Read part numbers, mechanical drawings (electrical a plus), and equipment manuals
- Learn machinery basics (motors, bearings, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, etc.)
