Laboratory Technician

Staff Management Group is seeking a Laboratory Technician for our client in Somerset, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6AM - 2:30PM
• Monday - Friday
• Plus overtime

Pay Rate:

• $16.50 / hour

Job Summary:

The Laboratory Technician role involves tasks like filling containers, checking weights, operating lab equipment, maintaining records, and being computer savvy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in packaging and compatibility testing for various products.
• Perform tasks such as filling containers, checking weights, and operating lab equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of tests and results.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support lab operations with general duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
• Previous experience in a laboratory or packaging environment preferred.
• Computer literacy and ability to maintain electronic records.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
