Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or pending New Jersey SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligibility/interest in completing CFY
• Prior experience in school-based settings preferred, including ESY programs
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to support holistic student progress
• Document student progress and maintain timely, accurate records
• Participate actively in ESY team meetings and professional development as needed
