Business Analyst - Credit Card And TSYS

Job Title: Business Analyst – TSYS + Credit Card Domain

Location: 100% Remote EST hours

Employment Type: Anticipated to be 12+ month contract with anticipation to convert to FTE with client

Hourly pay: Up to $55/hr

Overview:

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support TSYS systems at a large banking client. These roles are critical to managing the full lifecycle of business analysis for credit card systems. Candidates must have strong TSYS experience, excellent communication skills, and a history in financial services. One of the six roles will require additional experience with APIs. One of the roles does not require TSYS but must have credit card project experience and credit risk experience. These skills are a minimum requirement to be considered for the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the full business analysis lifecycle: requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder facilitation, approvals, and coordination with TSYS for design updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including TSYS, compliance, legal, and other business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders through verbal and written updates.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Must have a strong history in eliciting and documenting requirements.
• TSYS experience is mandatory – candidates must have worked directly with TSYS (TS2 or TS1)
• Strong career history within the credit card domain and working on the TSYS platform.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred (for one of the roles):

• Understanding of APIs and their business function (no development required).
• Experience in digital environments or API-related projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
