We are seeking an energetic, dynamic individual to work in our Client Service and Business Development Group. This professional will prepare client, consultant, and prospective client reports, analyses, questionnaires, and RFPs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Producing client, consultant, and prospective client reports
  • Assisting in preparing and managing RFPs and questionnaires by drafting responses, producing requested data and reports, and assembling detailed support information
  • Assisting in preparing and managing email campaigns
  • Updating and helping manage consultant databases
  • Using third-party portfolio analysis systems to gather data and create reports
  • Assisting in preparing materials for client, consultant, and prospective client meetings
This position requires a skilled professional who has strong analytical skills, shows exceptional attention to detail, and is a good communicator.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, Math or related field
  • 3+ years of related experience in a fast-paced corporate office environment, preferably in the finance industry
  • Experience with RFPs preferreds
  • Exposure to portfolio and/or performance analysis software a plus
  • Familiarity with investment performance and portfolio characteristics data
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Outlook
  • Team player
When determining the actual base salary offered to successful candidates, various factors will be considered, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as level of education attained, certifications, and other professional licenses held. The expected base salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000. In addition to base salary, benefits include discretionary bonus plans, health, dental and other wellness plans, contributions to profit-sharing and 401(k) plan, paid time off, and more. read less -
