Sous Chef
Estamos en la búsqueda de un Sous Chef con experiencia para asistir a nuestro Chef Ejecutivo en un entorno de cocina desde cero, de ritmo rápido. Este puesto es ideal para un profesional culinario apasionado que se desempeña bien en un servicio à la carte dinámico y que se enorgullece de su organización, liderazgo y creatividad.
Responsabilidades:
Asistir al Chef Ejecutivo con las operaciones diarias de la cocina
Crear y desarrollar especiales diarios y semanales
Preparar y supervisar guarniciones y la estación fría (garde manger)
Coordinar y expedir órdenes durante el servicio para asegurar calidad y tiempos adecuados
Mantener altos estándares de calidad, presentación y consistencia de los platos
Apoyar y supervisar al personal de cocina durante la preparación y el servicio
Garantizar la limpieza, organización y el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad alimentaria
Requisitos:
Experiencia comprobada en una cocina à la carte de alto volumen, desde cero
Sólido conocimiento de las estaciones de cocina, incluyendo garde manger
Experiencia coordinando órdenes en servicios de alto volumen
Capacidad para trabajar eficientemente bajo presión
Fuertes habilidades de organización y liderazgo
Pasión por los ingredientes de calidad y la cocina desde cero
