Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Camden, NJ

Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an exciting OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time:

• Typically out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight availability.
• We strive for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may occur.
• Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

• Drive a well-maintained fleet, no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
• All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
• Drivers can take the truck and trailer home, with secured parking being their responsibility.

No Touch Freight:

• All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time.
• 100% no-touch freight primarily involves automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
• Base rates ranging from .45, .50, or .55 CPM plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area:

• Primarily east of I-35, allowing dedicated drivers to reach up to 3,000 miles per week.
• Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
