Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a skilled nursing facility in Manahawkin, NJ.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred. (Client may require BLS; confirm prior to start.)
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings required. Prior experience with ADL training, therapeutic activities, and discharge planning preferred.
• Demonstrated competency with documentation systems commonly used in SNFs, such as electronic medical records and Medicare-focused documentation.
• Current professional liability insurance as required by facility policy.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 08:00–16:30.
• Work Days: Monday through Friday.
• Meal Break: 30 minutes.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facility locations as needed.
• Contract Length: 13 weeks.
