• We are seeking full-time LPNs to work with disabled adults in group homes. We have Mon-Fri 3p-11p available in West Caldwell, North Caldwell, West Orange and Livingston
• New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse license
• NJ driver's license required
• CPR and First Aid Certification (will train when hired)
• Self-starter / Ability to work autonomously.
• Good assessment abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Provision of services according to the needs and demands of the therapy schedule which, at any time, may be changed by management based on a variety of factors”
• Medical Clearance including Mantoux
• Preferred: One year of experience working with individuals with developmentally disabilities
• DDD Trainings- Overview of DD; Medication Training; Abuse and Neglect a plus but will train

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion in all interactions with patients and their families.
