How you will make history here…

You’ll help shape the future of responsible sourcing at Campbell’s by bringing structure, insight, and innovation to a newly elevated role. As a sourcing analyst fully embedded within the ingredients team, you’ll play a critical role in transforming manual processes into strategic, data-driven solutions—laying the groundwork for smarter, more sustainable sourcing practices across the business.

What you will do…

• Support the planning and execution of sourcing strategies for ingredients, including bid management, market analysis, and cost optimization

• Run diagnostics, spend analysis, and supplier performance tracking to support category managers and senior buyers

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Sustainability, R&D, Marketing, and Quality

• Assist in external reporting efforts, including Campbell’s annual sustainability report

• Help automate and streamline manual data processes to improve efficiency and visibility

• Contribute to supplier diversity initiatives and procurement reporting tied to customer requests

Who you will work with…

Reporting into the Associate Director, Ingredients Procurement and Procurement Manager, you’ll be part of a 10-person team within the commodities group and collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Corporate Responsibility, Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing, and Quality.

What you will bring to the table… (Must Have)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agribusiness, Supply Chain , or a related field (Minimum Qualifications)

• 3 Years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles (Minimum Qualifications)

• Strong analytical skills and experience with spend analysis, market research, and supplier data

• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines while collaborating across departments

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with procurement systems

It would be great if you have… (Nice to Have)

• MBA or Master’s degree in a business-related field

• Experience in CPG or food manufacturing

• Familiarity with reverse auctions, supplier diversity reporting, and sustainability metrics

• Exposure to external and internal data systems and a passion for process automation

• A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and build new processes from the ground up
