How You Will Contribute

• Market Hunter: Aggressively prospect and secure new business, turning high-potential leads into long-term, profitable client partnerships.

• Strategic Closer: Master the full sales cycle—from initial contact and needs analysis to complex contract negotiation and deal closure—ensuring maximum market share and revenue growth.

• Talent Architect: Partner closely with our dedicated recruiting teams, acting as the bridge between client hiring needs and the exceptional talent we deliver.

Your Proven Background

You are a self-motivated, results-driven professional with a hunger for success.

• Minimum 1+ year of demonstrable, high-level sales acumen (B2B preferred).

• Adaptable High-Achiever: Professionals with a background in retail management, hospitality, or restaurant leadership who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments are highly encouraged to apply.

• A proven track record of crushing sales targets and successfully converting cold or prospective clients into long-term accounts.

• Experience in a goal-oriented environment, using activity metrics (calls, meetings, pitches) to reliably forecast and deliver tangible results.

• Mastery in negotiating pricing and contract terms to maximize profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.

• A history of building and meticulously managing a high-value client database/pipeline.

• Exceptional executive presence and credibility in all client-facing interactions.

Randstad offers competitive pay and bonus structures. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
