Product Associate [Multiple Positions Available]
Job Description
DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Identify business opportunities to support the team's product goal of achieving 60% annual growth by partnering with clients, sales and industry leaders to champion business cases, value propositions, and product requirements for new concepts that align with market trends and client needs. Develop high-volume, low-value cross currency payment products solutions, leveraging strong knowledge of low-value and high- value cross currency payment products. Manage cross currency payments and foreign exchange market solutions for more than one-third of global currencies and their local markets. Define and translate client experiences into user stories for new product solutions quantitatively and qualitatively, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Oversee product risk and control by applying knowledge of payment sanctions and regulations, including Cross Border Funds Transfer Regulations and Dodd-Frank. Lead client experience transformation by implementing comprehensive product testing initiatives of currency corridors based on product expertise and capabilities to ensure optimal product usage, precision, and reliability. Develop and oversee the creation and maintenance of compelling product marketing materials and a consistent communication model to communicate product benefits and drive client engagement. Develop and design currency guides for API and payments file transfer in ISO and JSON formats for payments via Swift and domestic rails. Lead the development of product communication frameworks for global outreach to internal stakeholders and clients. Manages key executive and stakeholder updates by building and presenting material in collaboration with partners (e.g., technology). Conduct synthesized data analysis and create data visualizations to provide product and client sector insights for senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Social Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Associate, Quantitative Analyst, Markets Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Cross currency payments and foreign exchange market working with more than 1/3 of the Global currencies and their local markets for foreign exchange; developing and designing currency guides for API and payments file transfer in ISO and JSON for payments via Swift and domestic rails; applying payment sanctions and regulations, Cross Border Funds Transfer Regulations, and Dodd-Frank in cross currency cross border payments; producing synthesized product performance data from all continents in the world (excluding Antarctica) for actionable strategies, product user stories, product forecasts, and management decision making in Excel, Powerpoint, Tableau, and Qliksense; leading product communication frameworks for global outreach of internal stakeholders and clients; performing product approval assessments of global client revenue, use cases, and product offering to onboard clients into the product; partnering with multiple, large cross currency providers and catalysts to scale product offering globally. This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: Product management for cross currency payments and foreign exchanges in a bank. This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following: Markets or FX trading for cross-currency product management in corporate banking.
