Logistics Analyst - Remote | WFH

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll play a key part in managing the lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets. Your responsibilities will include inventory tracking, day-to-day logistics, asset deployment, and ensuring smooth and secure operations.

As a valued member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing and tracking the movement of assets, including IT hardware and software. You'll also work closely with vendors, internal teams, and key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full logistics lifecycle of IT assets, including shipping, receiving, tagging, tracking, and deployment, to ensure efficient and secure operations.
Manage procurement documentation, vendor information, asset specifications, delivery agreements, and ensure the safe handling of assets throughout the process.
Maintain and update a logistics database to track all IT assets, ensuring that information is consolidated across various teams such as logistics, maintenance, and management.
Conduct regular audits and report on package inventory, addressing discrepancies and corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and respond to critical incidents, and assist with issue resolution in line with established processes.
Work closely with the Analytics Lead to enhance asset management reporting (including Power BI dashboards) and quarterly performance metrics.
Coordinate asset procurement and collaborate with colleagues to align on asset specifications and dependencies to maintain operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with data management requirements and respond to data calls as necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field (8 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education).
At least 5 years of experience in IT asset logistics or a similar field, including experience with ITAM/ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
Solid experience in asset procurement, maintenance, distribution, and replacement, with an ability to analyze logistics plans effectively.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience supporting federal clients.
ITIL certification.
