Here Hospitality Group is hiring for nimbu: Indian Street Food , opening soon off of Route 1 in Princeton, NJ.

We’re building a hospitality-first Front-of-House team . As a Busser / Food Runner , you play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth, fast, and friendly guest experience. This role makes $6.00-8.00/hour + tips.

You’ll be responsible for running food to tables, bussing and cleaning the dining room, preparing to-go orders, restocking guest essentials, and supporting both opening and closing duties. This role is highly active, detail-oriented, and essential to keeping the restaurant flowing during both lunch and dinner rushes.

We will also cross-train you on the POS so you can assist with taking orders when the line gets long.

Responsibilities

Food Running

• Deliver food quickly and accurately to guests
• Ensure correct orders go to the right tables
• Answer basic guest questions about the menu
• Communicate with the kitchen when items are missing or delayed
  

Bussing & Cleaning

• Clear and clean tables regularly
• Wipe down surfaces, chairs, and dining areas
• Maintain a spotless, guest-ready dining room
• Support trash removal and floor sweeping throughout the shift
• Keep beverages, sauces, utensils, and condiment areas clean and organized
  

To-Go Orders & Support

• Package and hand off pick-up orders
• Organize bags with accuracy and care
• Ensure all add-ons and utensils are included
• Manage online order pickups during busy service
  

Restocking & Organization

• Restock cups, napkins, utensils, lids, sauces, and paper goods
• Maintain a tidy beverage station and self-serve area
• Refill FOH and BOH supplies as needed
  

Cross-Training: POS & Order Taking

• Learn the menu and POS system to support cashier/order takers
• Assist during rushes by taking orders or helping the line move
• Handle simple modifications and add-ons accurately
  

Opening & Closing Duties

• Opening tasks:
  Set up dining room, beverage station, and table areas
  Prepare sanitizer buckets and FOH cleaning tools
  Restock utensils, napkins, to-go items
• Closing tasks:
  Full wipe-down of dining room surfaces
  Sweep/mop FOH floors
  Clean beverage area and restock for next day
  Support shift lead with final resets and organization

Schedule

• Shifts offered Monday–Sunday
• Lunch: 10:30am–3:00pm
• Dinner: 3:00pm–8:30pm
• Up to 40 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling available
  

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Friendly, positive, guest-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift 20–30 lbs and be active/on your feet for 4–5 hours
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in food running or bussing is a plus, but not required — we train well
