Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description

This Manufacturing Engineer position is responsible for overseeing manufacturing area activities to drive improvements in productivity, product quality, and safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing area activities to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Implement and manage Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Work on continuous improvement projects to optimize processes.
• Ensure compliance and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

• Experience in process improvements and process optimization.
• Knowledge in TS16949 standards.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry.

The role involves working in a process group with 4 engineers, within a larger Lean group of 10 professionals, including ME/EE/Manufacturing/R &D. The facility is a production and manufacturing site with over 250 employees. The position offers excellent benefits after a 12-month contract, including full health coverage, eligibility for an 8% bonus, 401K matching, unlimited PTO, and 13 paid holidays. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Thorofare, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Thorofare,NJ.
