Data Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the Program Manager, Data Analyst will be responsible for the following:
- Closing of Work Orders within the HexaGon Work Order Management system
- utilizing documentation that resides within HexaGon.
- Compare and review data from various (electronic) sources to make a determination if a Work Order can or should be closed.
- Use of company resources including HexaGon, GIS, Google applications, and other electronic applications
Skills:
- Google Sheets
- Excel
- ESRI/GIS
Education/Experience:
- Nice to have experience with HexaGon, but not required.
- Must be experienced in using Google Sheets (or similar application such as Excel) including development of equations to support tracking of lead work activities (e.g.,COUNTIF, SUMIF, etc.)
- Must have high attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, organizational, computer, and interpersonal skills.
- ESRI/GIS experience is a plus.
- Able to work independently and on a team.
- Good communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
- Excellent time-management skills to be able to prioritize competing tasks.
- High school diploma
