Our client, a leading company in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing data visibility, ensuring reporting excellence, and optimizing enterprise system processes to support strategic business objectives.

- Extract, validate, and organize data from core business systems such as QuickBooks, CRM, and engineering platforms to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

- Develop and maintain leadership dashboards, KPI scorecards, and periodic performance reports, partnering with department leaders to define meaningful metrics and clear performance indicators.

- Support ad-hoc data analysis for planning, forecasting, and operational reviews; drive improvements in data definitions and reporting standards.

- Serve as the internal owner and subject matter resource for core business applications, maintaining configurations, user roles, and data integrity standards.

- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance system capabilities, support process improvements, integrations, and adoption of new features; lead documentation, testing, rollout, and training efforts for updates or enhancements.

- Establish and uphold standards for data governance, file storage, naming conventions, and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.

- Promote consistency and efficiency by educating employees on best practices for data management and collaboration, and by creating reference materials to support internal data standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
