Your impact

• Execute safe work practices and adhere to all food‑manufacturing safety rules and PPE standards.
• Complete scheduled PMs and minor repairs on production machinery and facility systems.
• Improve equipment condition and uptime through adjustments and parts replacement.
• Service building utilities and fire protection systems as assigned.
• Maintain orderly, clean work areas consistent with food‑grade standards.
• Operate hand and power tools correctly and safely.
• Accurately log maintenance history, equipment readings, and work order details.
• Track spare parts/MRO items and promptly report shortages for replenishment.
• Participate in training and cross‑functional committees to support continuous improvement.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma required; technical/vocational schooling preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs.

Schedule & pay

• Compensation: $21–$23 per hour plus full benefits
• Regular schedule: Monday, Wednesday–Saturday, 2:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. (off Tuesday and Sunday)
• Probationary schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (if possible)
• Employment type: Direct hire | Location: Somerset, NJ
