Responsibilities

• Growth & Retention: Architect bespoke account plans designed to maximize renewal rates, boost revenue streams, and ensure sustainable expansion.

• Commercial Development: Proactively scout for opportunities to introduce new products or services (upselling/cross-selling) that align with client business goals.

• Deal Management: Lead the full lifecycle of contract negotiations, including pricing structures and service renewals, to ensure profitable outcomes.

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to deliver a cohesive and exceptional experience for every account.

• Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver reports that provide clear, actionable business intelligence.

• CRM Excellence: Maintain meticulous records of all account interactions and progress within platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot to ensure data integrity.
