Future Opening: Lawn Care Technician

LAWN DOCTOR of East Morris & West Essex is looking for an individual dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services to join our ROCKAWAY, NJ team as a Lawn Care Service Technician. This is a full-time position. Join our team, and we will train you.

You will join a rapidly growing, dedicated team that takes pride in their work and are committed to customer satisfaction! We will provide you with a company van, equipment, and training to work your own route fertilizing, aerating and/or seeding lawns. Daily Tasks include:

● Fertilize, aerate, seed and treat lawns utilizing our power equipment

● Shop work

● Offer new services to customers

● No mowing or landscaping!

Requirements:

● A valid NJ driver's license with a clean driving record
● Reliable with good attendance
● Good written and verbal communication skills

● Ability to operate machinery

● Ability to meet production goals

● Be able to lift 50 pounds

● Pass a drug test and background check.

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is interested in learning and growing, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work, and good attendance record. No need for experience in the lawn care industry; it is helpful, but not required

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
