We’re a premiere junk removal company based in Westville, NJ , and we’re looking for motivated, reliable team members to join our growing Truck Team. (Remote start locations available)

Compensation:

• Average Total Pay: $22–$26/hour per shift (including tips & bonuses)

• Profit Share Bonus: Earn an additional $2–$8/hour depending on the number of pickups completed

• Tips: Regular cash tips from happy customers

• Keep cool finds: Employees can keep select items from jobs (with manager approval)

️ Schedule & Hours:

• Full-Time: 4 shifts/week

• Part-Time: 1–3 shifts/week

• Start Time: 7:30 AM

• Shift Length: 10–12 hours (on average)

• Weekend Rotation: All team members must be available at least 1 weekend/month to allow fair rotation

• Opportunities for Overtime Available!

️ What You'll Be Doing:

• Drive our branded Isuzu NPR 20-ft trucks (non-CDL license required)

• Provide quotes on-site and deliver excellent customer service

• Remove and load items from homes and businesses into the truck

• Sort and transport items to appropriate donation, recycling, or disposal centers

• Stay active and fit while making a real impact in your community

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Valid non-CDL driver’s license with a clean record

• Able to lift/move 50+ lbs repeatedly

• Reliable, hardworking, and goal-oriented

• Friendly, professional, and a strong communicator
