Technical Business Analyst

job summary:
Experience managing technical software development projects, experience managing infrastructure and data migration projects; and or/ cloud native software implementation projects.

Experience with decomposing JIRA Deliverables and EPICs in accordance with detail project implementation plan activities

10+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or technical delivery /project management support

Strong Agile / Scrum experience in a delivery environment

Prior experience in Sanctions, AML, Financial Crimes, Compliance Technology, or Transaction Screening

Understanding of banking LOBs, products, and end-to-end operational flows

Experience supporting regulatory, audit, or compliance-driven initiatives

Experience with process flows, data mapping, use cases, and requirements artifacts

Familiarity with testing lifecycle / UAT coordination / production support

SAFe Agile / Product Owner related experience or certification preferred

Strong SQL skills for analysis, validation, data research, and troubleshooting

Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Experience working in a complex, regulated banking or financial services environment

Ability to understand both business process and technical implementation detail

Economic Sanctions, OFAC, Financial Crimes, AML, PEP Negative News Screening, NetReveal, Hadoop

4 year degree, PO/PM certification, or PMI PMP Project Management certification; PMI-PBA - Professional in Business Analysis certification
