Job Overview

The LMS Training Administrator is responsible for the maintenance of Getinge Learning Management System (LMS) records. The LMS Training Administrator serves as alternate contact for questions on the use of system and provide support for troubleshooting issues. The LMS Training Administrator also performs and provides general administrative functions in addition to Training Administrator

Requirements.

Job Responsibilities And Essential Duties

  • Responsible for maintenance of the Learning Management (LMS) accounts and records for Datascope Corp. (MCA) and Maquet CardioVascular (CVS).
  • Review training records for compliance with Good Documentation Practices.
  • Manually record all training records for the Production floor.
  • Support LMS Admin mailbox. Respond to inquiries from users and LMS administrators.
  • Support generating reports for a variety of requests including supporting documentation for employee curriculum, CAPA VOE’s, CN Overrides, etc.
  • Maintains training record files in accordance with records management procedures and practices.
  • Manually create user accounts for temporary and contractor non-employees.
  • Make changes to learning plans, curriculums and training items based on guidance and recommendations from the Quality Training Specialist I or Sr. LMS Coordinator. Verify user training completion for system access such as Windchill, TrackWise, CATSWeb, etc.
  • Create change notices in Windchill Document Management System.
  • Coordinate and prepare documents for shipment to Quirk for Quality Records and Retention and offsite storage and maintain spreadsheet for tracking.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with a Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Minimum 3 years overall work experience
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and competing priorities.
  • Ability to operate with minimal direct supervision.

The base salary for this position is a minimum of 31/hour and a maximum of $40/hour.
