NORTH JERSEY - CARGO VAN DRIVERS NEEDED 🚐

The Brother Load Transportation & Logistics is currently building a dedicated driver pool for Lowe’s locations throughout North Jersey.

We are actively onboarding qualified cargo van drivers for current and future delivery opportunities throughout the North Jersey area.

THIS IS A LOCATION-SPECIFIC OPPORTUNITY.

We are looking for drivers who live within approximately 15–20 minutes of one or more of our North Jersey Lowe’s locations.

PREFERRED AREAS:

* Paramus

* Paterson

* Clifton

* Hackensack

* Fair Lawn

ALSO ACCEPTING APPLICANTS FROM:

* Passaic

* Garfield

* Bergenfield

* Lodi

* Elmwood Park

Proof of residence or documentation may be requested during onboarding to verify proximity to the stores.

THIS POSITION IS NOT OPEN TO EVERYONE

We are specifically looking for reliable, long-term, go-to drivers who can help us service these locations year-round.

PERFECT FOR GIG APP WORKERS LOOKING TO ADD ADDITIONAL INCOME

ESTIMATED PAY: $20–$45 PER DELIVERY

Pay varies based on:

* Weight

* Size

* Distance

* Volume

Work volume will vary based on customer demand.

* Some days may have 1 order

* Some days may have multiple orders

* Some weeks may have lighter volume

* Some periods may experience significant increases in order volume

THIS IS PHYSICAL WORK

Drivers should be comfortable handling items such as:

* Mulch

* Soil

* Lumber

* Concrete

* Building Materials

* Other Home Improvement Products

COMMUNICATION IS NOT OPTIONAL

⚠️ Drivers MUST be highly communicative.

⚠️ Drivers MUST know how to use a smartphone.

⚠️ Drivers MUST respond to dispatch messages promptly.

⚠️ Drivers MUST be comfortable using apps, GPS navigation, photos, and delivery technology.

DRIVERS WHO ARE DIFFICULT TO REACH OR NON-COMMUNICATIVE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

COMMUNICATION IS A MUST.

We want drivers who understand the nature of on-demand delivery work and are looking to build a long-term relationship as this territory continues to grow.
