Fashion Office Assistant

Hartly is a high-end women's clothing boutique that has operated for over 60 years and is located right in the heart of Northern New Jersey. With a focus on special occasion as well as sportswear, Hartly has been a leading retailer for generations. Hartly is excitedly seeking an Office Assistant to join our team.
What you'll do:
- Ideal candidate is a self starter with a keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Will work directly with Owner and be responsible for all daily office administration duties
- Create and manage all vendor orders
- Develop and manage reorders
- Vendor contact daily regarding orders, trunk shows, billing, receiving and returns
- Involved in all Marketing, Advertising, In-store promotions as well as social media programs
- Assist in receiving, ticketing and answering phone calls and emails
- Run and create monthly reports and analysis
- Responsible for billing in Quickbooks
- Manage and order all supplies for the store
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Works well in a team environment
- Eager to learn
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge with Quickbooks preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Positive and flexible with a passion for continuous improvement
- Be able to apply a “think outside of the box” mentality
- Looking for someone whose passion is evident and who has a great sense of humor and outlook on life
