We’ll take care of the training and provide you with the tools and support you need to succeed. This is a full-time, in-person role with hands-on coaching and plenty of opportunities to move up quickly.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build relationships with customers in a retail setting for AT&T
• Represent products and services on behalf of major national brands
• Handle customer transactions and resolve concerns with a smile
• Track customer interactions and sales performance
• Work directly with mentors and leadership to improve your skillset

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) is a bonus, but not a must
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is helpful
• Strong people skills and the ability to make a great first impression
• Coachable, self-motivated, and excited to grow in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with new people
