Job Overview :
Hamilton Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapy Supervisor.
Qualifications :
Required :
- Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Three years of rehabilitation experience
Preferred :
- Supervisory experience
- Master’s degree/clinical doctorate
Certifications and Licenses Required :
- New Jersey Licensure required
Scheduling Requirements :
- Day shift
- Full Time
Essential Functions :
- Evaluates pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients
- Clinical workload is adjusted per the needs of the department
- Maintains a detailed overview of all clinical aspects of operation in physical therapy
- Plans and implements treatment programs using standard physical therapy procedures
- Assists in administrative management of department and educational activities, including budget, timecard, patient and employee experience
- Performs physical therapy clinical function a minimum of 50% of scheduled work time
- Other duties as assigned
