Project Assistant

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Camden, New Jersey. In this role, you will support various project management tasks, ensuring smooth execution and coordination across departments. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing processes, managing schedules, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating and scheduling project activities to ensure timely completion. - Monitor and report project progress to supervisors and relevant teams. - Support cross-functional collaboration by facilitating communication and updates across departments. - Organize and maintain project documentation for easy access and reference. - Participate in mandatory training sessions to stay aligned with project objectives. - Ensure compliance with organizational standards and procedures. - Provide proctoring support and ensure adherence to protocols. - Oversee onboarding processes for contract staff. - Address and resolve any issues that may arise during project execution. Requirements - Previous experience in project management or a related field. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in maintaining accurate and detailed documentation. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively. - Availability to work onsite in Camden, New Jersey.
