Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Hybrid (onsite + remote)
Position Type: Full-Time- Contract (Temp)
Pay Range: $24–$25 per hour
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on assisting customers with account-related inquiries and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account inquiries and support requests.
- Resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate account information and update records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex account-related concerns.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting for account setup, billing, and maintenance.
- Document interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer support or account management.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
