THIS IS A LIVE-IN OR LIVE-OUT POSITION

Position Details: Full-Time, Live-In, Live-Out.

Location: Irvington, NY

Days: Monday- Friday with flexibility to work on Saturday

Hours: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM ( The work day is 8 hours between these hours. Flexibility required )

Compensation: $1,250 to $1,500 per week

Start Date: 4/20/2026

Main Work Duties:

• Perform detailed daily housekeeping and maintain the home in immaculate, guest-ready condition
• Manage all household laundry, including washing, folding, ironing, steaming, and proper care of garments and linens
• Organize and maintain closets, drawers, cabinets, storage areas, and other household spaces
• Monitor household inventory and either notify the principal when supplies are running low or purchase items as directed
• Run errands, including grocery shopping and other household-related shopping as needed
• Care for the family’s dogs, including feeding, walking, and providing daily attention
• Keep the home neat, tidy, and well maintained throughout the day
• Make beds, change linens, and ensure bedrooms and bathrooms are refreshed and beautifully presented
• Assist with light household upkeep and help support the overall smooth running of the home
• Prepare light meals or assist with light cooking as needed
• Remain flexible with scheduling and adjust days and hours as needed by the family
• Provide proactive household support by noticing what needs attention and taking initiative
• Help ensure the home is always prepared for the family’s daily use as well as for guests

Required Qualities:

• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Works well with others and contributes positively to a team environment
• Comfortable caring for two small dogs
• Good cooking skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to take charge when needed and help keep the household running smoothly and under control

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ solid years of housekeeping experience in a private household.
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
