Position Overview
The Director of Rehabilitation will oversee all therapy operations, ensuring high-quality rehabilitation services while maintaining regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration. This individual will lead and mentor therapy staff, drive performance initiatives, and contribute to the organization's strategic goals.
