What You'll Do

As the Front of House team member, you’ll be the face of SmashBros, ensuring every guest feels welcome and taken care of. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and interacting with customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Managing customer orders and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Assisting with maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any concerns with a positive attitude.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- A strong focus on customer service and the ability to create positive guest experiences.
- A friendly demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work well with others and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
