We are seeking a Property Maintenance Manager to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine property upkeep, including light manual work such as leaf blowing, litter removal, and maintaining curb appeal, along with general maintenance tasks. This role focuses on everyday property care and tenant service—not large-scale construction or major structural repairs.

• Oversee property appearance and curb appeal, ensuring spaces are clean, safe, and tenant-ready.

• Respond promptly to tenant service requests, emergencies, and after-hours issues.

• Conduct regular property inspections and preventative maintenance.

• Coordinate cleaning, repairs, and fit-out prep of tenant spaces.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property maintenance, building operations, or facilities management .

• Strong knowledge of basic building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, landscaping).

• Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues independently.

• Good communication and organizational skills for tenant and landlord interactions.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required - MUST HAVE OWN TRUCK.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience with real estate properties (shopping centers, strip malls, or office buildings).

• Basic Record Keeping. Communication is a must.

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
