Job Title: Behavior Technician (BT) – Flexible, Part-Time/Per Diem

Job Summary:

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team in Manasquan, New Jersey. As a BT, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in-home, in school, and community settings. About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician at Imagination ABA Therapy, you will:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a variety of settings, including in-home, in school, and community settings

• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA

• Collect data and document client progress

• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment

• Communicate effectively with families and supervisors

Compensation:

• BT Rate: $22–$25/hour

• RBT Rate (if certified): $24–$35/hour

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred

• RBT certification a plus, but not required

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

• Ability to pass background checks
