Sleep Technologist Trainee | Learn While You Earn | Full-Time Night Shift – Voorhees, NJ

If you’re an experienced healthcare worker— Medical Technologist, MA, LPN, CNA, Paramedic, or EMT —this is your chance to take the next step. You’ll be paid to train as a Sleep Technologist while enrolled in a local KHEP-approved program, gaining hands-on experience and working toward licensure with full support from our experienced clinical team.

Schedule: Full-time night shift, typically 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (hours may vary with patient volume).

What You’ll Learn

As a Sleep Technologist Trainee , you’ll work side by side with licensed technologists to master:

• Collecting and analyzing patient information for sleep studies.
• Setting up and calibrating diagnostic equipment.
• Applying electrodes and sensors for sleep monitoring.
• Recording and scoring sleep data.
• Interacting directly with patients to ensure comfort, safety, and understanding.
• Interpreting data and preparing reports under supervision.

You’ll also learn how to provide compassionate, professional care to patients of all ages, gaining the technical and interpersonal skills that make sleep technologists so essential to modern medicine.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of prior medical experience (MA, LPN, EMT, EEG Tech, etc.)
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Attention to detail and confidentiality
• Willingness to learn, grow, and advance professionally
• Current CPR/BCLS certification (or ability to obtain)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs)
• Normal vision and manual dexterity required for equipment setup
