Job Description

Support executive leadership through clear, structured, and high-quality communications Develop executive-ready presentations, one-pagers, and briefing materials Translate complex transformation activity into concise narratives and visual storytelling Support PMO governance forums (steering committees, reviews, leadership meetings) through agenda structuring and material preparation Partner with change and communications leads to reinforce change adoption and leadership messaging Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across leadership-facing materials Help surface key insights, decisions, and risks in a way that supports executive decision-making

Qualifications

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, Strategy, International Management, or related field
• Professional background: 1-2 years of experience (internships or early career roles) in consulting, PMO, strategy, communications, or transformation environments
• Skills:
  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
  • Ability to create clear, structured executive presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
  • Strong synthesis and storytelling capability
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in complex environments
  • Strong visual sensibility and attention to quality
• Languages: English, French
