As a Security Officer Driver Entry Desk in Branchburg, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer at a healthcare location, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity from a central post, and support security-related operations with professionalism and care. This is a driving post, offering a dynamic role for someone who values teamwork, clear communication, and integrity while helping to create a reassuring environment for staff, patients, and guests.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, visitor reception duties, badge and access support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Monitor the front desk area, greet employees, patients, visitors, and vendors, and help to direct foot traffic in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Maintain logs, reports, and other required documentation related to access activity, visitor management, and other security-related matters.
• Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and support front desk operations while helping to uphold site policies and professional standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
