Logistics Coordinator

• Develop, evaluate, monitor, and supervise logistics plans and programs.
• Oversee the life cycle of products within our warehouse.
• Coordinate the movement of goods and materials from suppliers to customers while ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Work hand in hand with freight forwarders and our sales team to guarantee effective and efficient delivery to customers.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations regarding receiving, storing, and shipping products including serialization.
• Track and record inventory levels each month.
• Report to senior leaders daily to prevent communication gaps.

Additional Role:

• Admin Assistant Roles: Maintaining employee information for the company, attending calls, HR related activities, mail work etc.
• Logistics coordination with Freight Forwarders, Delivery of samples to Freight Forwarders when they come to pick up – and maintaining a track record of those.
• Inventory Management and Serialization Software monitoring
• Data Entry, Bookkeeping and Management: Maintaining excel sheets for Sales Orders, BD Tracker Sheets etc. Maintaining Google Drive with back up of all data.
• Field Work – Logistics coordination amongst vendors, client visits (once the pandemic settles)

Logistics Specialist Requirements:

• We are open to give a chance to Associated Degree holders, College dropouts, Diploma holders etc. and train them for this position
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain, or similar/higher is a plus
• Previous 1 – 2 years’ experience as a Logistics Specialist in a related industry is a bonus, but not essential
• Willingness to learn is a must. We’re looking for curious individuals
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is a must
• Hindi or any other Indian language, Spanish is a bonus or any multilingual capabilities
